A Micro-Wedding takes all the features of a traditional wedding but compacts them on a more intimate scale! Perfect for couples not seeking a huge wedding but still want to celebrate with their closest family & friends in a big way.

 

The below package has everything you need to have an unforgettable wedding experience!

All the basics covered for up to 50 guests

What's Included

  • All white linens, white napkins, white chair covers, & white skirting

  • Bar service staff

  • Dinner & buffet tables, head table, cake table, guestbook table, & chairs

  • LED uplighting in your theme color behind the head table

  • Oak podium & microphone

  • Place settings including cutlery, plates, glassware, chafers, & serving utensil

  • Placement of decorations & centerpieces (assembly & floral additional)

  • Venue space until 1am, including set up & tear down (rental decor tear down starts at midnight)

Our package includes the following consultations when requested:​

  • Initial Q&A meeting to help you develop your vision

  • Meeting 1-2 months prior to wedding day to review details

  • Meeting up to 1 week prior to wedding day for final touches

  • Email & phone correspondence for wedding related inquiries, planning, & suggestions!

  • Portable sound system for audio play back

  • Rehearsal time (dependent on availability)

  • Set up & tear down

  • Signing table with white linen & chair

  • White resin folding ceremony chairs

  • White wedding arch & pillars (optional)

The details are on us! From lining up your bridal party and perfectly executed timing, your special events coordinator will help ensure that the ceremony music and timing of the processional takes place!

We can also take care of audio playback if sound is not provided by entertainment!

On-site Decor Rentals

Your coordinator is happy to work with you to create your dream look! Shining Waters offers a variety of on-site decor items. Great on there own, with outsourced decor items, or to enhance your DIY! Check out our on-site decor rentals here.

Fireworks!

Surprise your guests with one of our famous fireworks shows! We work with our own certified pyrotechnicians to bring you the best bang for your buck! Packages and pricing can be found here.

Food & Beverage

We make it easy when it comes to choosing the right menu for you and your guests! With top quality, locally sourced, and freshly prepared food - let us take out the guess work with our approved catering! 

Our bar comes fully stocked and staffed. With options for cash bar, open bar, drink tickets, pour service and more! Need guidance when choosing table wine? Put our expertise to the test! We can also bring in special requests and stock up on favorites! No cash, no problem - Shining Waters is equipped to take debit and all major credit cards!
